| BANDS NEEDED FOR PAYING GIG |

In Jan. 2008, IMF (International Music Festival), will launch competitions in approximately 60 major North American markets, including BURLINGTON, to find North America’s greatest band and introduce them to the rest of the world.
While IMF concentrates mainly on rock/alternative rock bands, solo artists and musicians working within other genres are encouraged to apply and may be selected on a case-by-case basis. After all, talent is talent.

Grand Prize:
One (1) winning band will receive:
* A performance engagement on the IMF World Tour, encompassing major venues in international locations: two stops in South Africa are already confirmed! Additional shows, including tentative plans for a stop in London, UK are in final negotiation stages. So check back often as more stops are added!
* While on Tour, the opportunity to perform multiple additional shows at club-circuit level.
* All travel, airfare and hotel expenses paid for your tour... plus a daily per diem in the applicable foreign currency!
* Permanent online placement. Bios, audio samples, photos and more from each year's winning bands will be permanently archived on the IMF website.
* An EP recording session.
Second Prize:
One (1) runner-up band will receive:
* A performance engagement on the IMF World Tour.
* The opportunity to perform multiple additional shows on Tour, at club-circuit level.
* Hotel accommodations for world tour. (Band is responsible for travel expenses and all additional expenditure.)
* Permanent online placement. Bios, audio samples, photos and more from each year's winning bands will be permanently archived on the IMF website.
* An EP recording session.
Finalists Prize:
All six (6) finalists will receive:
* Permanent online placement. Bios, audio samples, photos and more from each year's winning bands will be permanently archived on the IMF website.
* An EP recording session.
* Complimentary travel expenses and hotel accommodation to compete in the IMF North American Finals.
City Winner Prize:
Approximately Sixty (60) market winners will receive:
* Permanent online placement. Bios, audio samples, photos and more from each year's winning bands will be permanently archived on the IMF website.
Remember, even if you do not advance to the Finals, this is an opportunity to expose your music to thousands!
* Small cash prize.
ALL PARTICIPANTS:
All participants in the IMF series will receive access to ANTHEM Entertainment's extensive collection of live music resources. ANTHEM organizes hundreds of smaller nightlife events and music series in cities nationwide every night. All participants will be offered the opportunity to book up to 3 shows - distributed between any IMF participating cities - simply for competing. That means 3 more GUARANTEED GIGS, simple for participating in the IMF series in cities of YOUR choice.
